Confidentiality first. Signatures before disclosure.

Every conversation at Galena runs under a mutual NDA. Tell us who signs, and we send our standard agreement for signature; we countersign and return your copy, usually within one business day. Disclosure starts only after both signatures are in place.

What the standard NDA does

• Mutual: protects what you tell us and what we tell you.
• Covers dataset descriptions, samples, valuations, buyer identities, and commercial terms.
• Use is limited to evaluating a marketplace transaction; standard carve-outs apply.
• Grants no license and creates no obligation to sell, list, or transact.
• On request, each side returns or destroys the other's confidential material.
